This 4" square electrical box kit provides the essential components for installing a single duplex receptacle in the center of a 2-gang box configuration. The kit includes a 4" x 4" drawn steel electrical box, raised 2-gang centered duplex receptacle cover, 20A tamper-resistant duplex receptacle, and copper grounding pigtail with screw.
The electrical box is constructed using the drawn steel method, creating a strong single-piece enclosure without welded seams. It provides 21 cubic inches of interior capacity with a 1-1/2" depth, offering practical space for wiring connections while maintaining a compact profile.
The included 20 amp, 125 volt receptacle features tamper-resistant protection, impact-resistant construction, a commercial-grade full saddle yoke, and self-grounding capability for dependable residential and commercial installations.
