Each piggyback connector features a female quick disconnect and an additional 0.250-inch male spade tab, allowing another compatible terminal to connect at the same point without requiring a separate connection location. Manufactured from high-strength brass/copper alloy with an electro-tin-plated finish, the terminals offer corrosion resistance and reliable conductivity. Brazed seams help prevent splitting during crimping, while the serrated barrel and extended crimp sleeve provide strong conductor retention and improved pull-out resistance.
The fully insulated nylon sleeve provides protection and strain relief while helping prevent wire strand hang-up during installation. Engineered for durability, the insulation offers resistance to UV exposure, temperature extremes, and chemicals.
